Collaborative Scoring with more than one Scorer/Analyst

Good from the scorers' point of view but it didn't explain how the video operator could separate their role and operate the streaming camera from a second laptop, thus freeing the scorer from that necessity. Any guidance on this would be useful as the answer to the original question remains unanswered by the link provided.
