Changing Your Account Password

You should keep your account password secure to maintain the integrity and privacy of match data, scorecards, video clips, and club information.

Regularly updating your password is also good practice to reduce the risk of unauthorised access.

To change your NV Play Cricket software account password:

1. Open the NV Play Cricket software and sign in.
2. Click your name in the upper-right corner of the screen. A contextual menu opens.
3. Click Change Password. This opens the NV Play Portal sign-in screen in your web browser.
4. Type your current password into the Current password field.
5. Type your new password into the New password field and then repeat it in the Confirm new password field.
6. Click the Change Password button to apply the change.
