Q. The video has disappeared from the Scorecard, why did that happen?
A: If there was video there on the Match Centre, but it isn't there now, this is probably because an edit has been made in Play Cricket post-match, which reverts the Scorecard to the Play Cricket version/data (in case this is more accurate, for whatever reason), rather than the PCS Pro/NV Play version. This change means that the ball video clips are lost from the Scorecard but remain accessible on the Ball by Ball and Videos tabs.
Ball clips can be restored to the Scorecard tab by re-editing the match in PCS Pro as Live Scorer, e.g., by changing a 1 to a Bye/Leg Bye then back again), the Scorecard should revert to the PCS Pro/NV Play version and return the links to the video clips, as it’s a case of “last edit wins”.
