Q: What types of Camera do you sell?
A: The top three kits (Elite, Specialist and Club Elite) all have the same camera - the Hikvision DS-2DE44251W-DE I've attached a spec sheet of this. Datasheet of DS-2DE4425IW-DE(E)_V5.6.14_20200308.pdf
The Club Pro kit has a Sony HDR-CX240E.
The Club kit is just a budget USB camera, 720p.
Q: Do your cameras have Audio?
A: Audio is a separate add-on and is not included built-in to the IP camera.
The current add-on (HIKVISION DS-2FP2020) is demonstrated below.

It is not 'broadcast quality' by any stretch of the imagination, but these examples should give you a good idea of the quality you will receive.
Q: Our Non-NV Play purchased IP camera can't be found?
A: As this isn't an IP Camera that comes with our hardware kits, we can't really support or advise too much, but it sounds like the ONVIF (Open Network Video Interface Forum) function isn't enabled. This is required for the PCS Pro Search and Connect/PTZ Control functions to work.
ONVIF is usually enabled via the web-browser, so search around in there for the ONVIF setting/function, otherwise search online or contact the manufacturers for instructions.
Q: Can I use a 4K Camera?
A: While PCS Pro only supports a maximum of 1080p for live streaming, it will capture ball clips and continuous video (if being used) in the video source resolution by default, so a 4k camera could be used.
However, as we have not comprehensively tested live streaming a 4k video input, we are very cautious about advising you to do so, in particular because we're unsure of any performance impact. We can therefore really only suggest testing this in a non-match environment and making your own assessment, as it's not currently officially supported.
Obviously, a 4k video input may also require more internet bandwidth, and as ball and continuous clips will also be much larger in size so you would need to be aware of disk storage space, even if just using Auto Capture.
Q. Can I use an Apple device?
A: After recent Parallels updates we have had PCS Pro (with video) running on a Mac M2 ARM device (with the latest Parallels and Windows 11 ARM) to check, so it looks technically possible.
However, in our minimal checking we have noticed video/live stream performance issues and by no means have we fully tested this setup, so we do not officially support it. We have noticed improvements in video/live stream performance if the Parallels "Adaptive Hypervisor" setting is disabled, so if you are to experiment with this setup we would recommend disabling this setting. We'd also suggest reading this Parallels support document: https://kb.parallels.com/125375 .
Consequently, you're obviously welcome to experiment but as we have not fully tested this setup and don't officially support it, so it would be your decision as to whether you continue with it or not.
