This guide describes the steps needed to download several matches, optionally including video, in a single operation.
Download multiple matches
To download several matches at once:
- Go to File > Bulk Download Matches. The Select Matches dialogue opens.
- Adjust the date range in the top-right corner of the Select Matches dialogue or use the filter controls along the top to find the matches you need.
- Tick the Dwnld Reqd Only box to show only matches not yet saved in the local database.
- Hold down the Shift to select a range of matches from the list, or the Ctrl key to select individual matches.
- Click Bulk Download (X Matches) to begin downloading.
- Download progress is shown on the dialogue box. After downloading completes, a Bulk Download Complete message appears.
- Click OK to finish.
Download match video
If you want to download several matches at once, together with their accompanying video footage:
- Tick the Download Video Now checkbox and then click Bulk Download. Wait for the software to compare local data with the server.
- When prompted, select the video types you want to download from the Download Video from Server dialogue.
- To download video for all players, select the Download all video radio button.
- To download video for specific players, select the Download selected players only radio button, and then select the desired players from the list.
- To download video for all players, select the Download all video radio button.
- Click Download Now or Download in Background. The system downloads video in the following order, completing each stage in reverse innings order (latest innings first):

- Encoded highlights (4s, 6s, and wickets) in standard definition
- Encoded non-highlights in standard definition
- Unencoded highlights in high definition
- Unencoded non-highlights and replays in high definition
- Continuous video
- Once all video has been downloaded, you will see a Download Complete prompt. Click Close to continue.
