This guide describes the steps needed to download several matches, optionally including video, in a single operation.

Download multiple matches

To download several matches at once:

  1. Go to File > Bulk Download Matches. The Select Matches dialogue opens.
  2. Adjust the date range in the top-right corner of the Select Matches dialogue or use the filter controls along the top to find the matches you need.
  3. Tick the Dwnld Reqd Only box to show only matches not yet saved in the local database.
  4. Hold down the Shift to select a range of matches from the list, or the Ctrl key to select individual matches.
  5. Click Bulk Download (X Matches) to begin downloading.

  6. Download progress is shown on the dialogue box. After downloading completes, a Bulk Download Complete message appears.
  7. Click OK to finish.

Download match video

If you want to download several matches at once, together with their accompanying video footage:

  1. Tick the Download Video Now checkbox and then click Bulk Download. Wait for the software to compare local data with the server.
  2. When prompted, select the video types you want to download from the Download Video from Server dialogue.
    • To download video for all players, select the Download all video radio button.

    • To download video for specific players, select the Download selected players only radio button, and then select the desired players from the list.

  3. Click Download Now or Download in Background. The system downloads video in the following order, completing each stage in reverse innings order (latest innings first):
      • Encoded highlights (4s, 6s, and wickets) in standard definition
      • Encoded non-highlights in standard definition
      • Unencoded highlights in high definition
      • Unencoded non-highlights and replays in high definition
      • Continuous video
  4. Once all video has been downloaded, you will see a Download Complete prompt. Click Close to continue.
