Accessing the Match Scorecard and Team Sheet

This guide explains how to access, display, and share the Match Scorecard (Statistics > Match Scorecard) and the Team Sheet (Statistics > Team Sheet).

Scroll to the bottom of the page to view a video summary of the functions described in this guide.

Match Scorecard Before/After the Toss

Before the toss, the Match Scorecard (Statistics > Match Scorecard) shows:

  • Both teams side-by-side, like a team sheet.
  • Shirt numbers (if assigned) next to player names.
  • The names of nominated officials below the team lists, in the bottom-left corner.

After the toss, the Match Scorecard shows:

  • Details of the first innings, then subsequent innings as the match progresses.
  • A selectable Show Scorecard Notes checkbox in the bottom-left corner. Use this to add innings notes in the order of their occurrence.
  • A selectable Include Ball Numbers checkbox in the bottom-left corner. Use this to add ball numbers as prefixes to scorecard notes.

Always Show Ball Numbers

To always show ball numbers by default (when available) on the Match Scorecard:

  1. Go to Tools > Configuration. The Configuration dialogue opens.
  2. Click the Scoring tab.
  3. Tick the Include ball numbers by default in Scorecard Notes box in the Scoring Options section.
  4. Click OK to save and close.

Saving, Printing, and Sharing the Scorecard

The Match Scorecard can be:

  • Printed
  • Saved as a PDF
  • Emailed directly as a PDF

To access these options, click the down arrow on the Print button in the bottom-right corner:

Multi-Innings Matches

In multi-innings formats the font size automatically reduces to fit the scorecard onto a single A4 page. If innings notes are included, they will appear on a second page.

Team Sheet Option

A separate Team Sheet is available at any time from the Statistics menu (Statistics > Team Sheet). The Team Sheet shows:

  • Both teams side-by-side.
  • Nominated officials in the bottom-left corner.
  • Shirt numbers and player images (if uploaded to the database).

The team sheet can also be printed, saved, or emailed as a PDF, just like the Match Scorecard.
