Duckworth-Lewis-Stern: Recording Manual Entries

This guide explains how to disable automatic DLS calculations and manually enter your own DLS Par Score. This is a useful feature when your competition uses an alternative method for calculating Targets and Par Scores.

Overview

Manually entering your own DLS Par Scores is helpful when your competition does not use the standard DLS method to calculate Target and Par Scores.

Manually Enter DLS Par Score

To manually enter your own Par Score:

  1. Click the DLS Par text link on the Score Summary panel. The Duckworth-Lewis-Stern Par Score Table dialogue opens.
  2. Untick the Auto-update using DLS box.
  3. Type your manually calculated Par Score value (numbers-only) into the Par field.
  4. Click OK. Your custom figure will appear in the DLS Par field on the Score Summary panel and on the Main Scoreboard panel (beside DLS).
