This guide explains how to use Edit mode to change runs or extras recorded on any delivery, and how the Auto Correct feature can help with updates that affect later deliveries.

Editing Runs
To use Edit mode to edit runs recorded previously on any delivery:
- Click the Edit button on the Play Control panel to enter Edit mode. The button turns yellow to indicate that Edit mode is active.
- Select the delivery you want to edit from the Ball by Ball panel (scroll to locate and click), or by selecting it from the Over/Ball fields on the Play Control panel. Once selected, the current scoring entry for the delivery will appear in yellow on the Scoring panel.
- Click on a new scoring value (e.g. change 1 run to 1 leg bye) on the Scoring panel. If your edit affects batting positions (changes the striker on a delivery), the Auto Correct dialogue opens. Click the Continue without Auto Correct button to edit each affected delivery manually, or the Auto Correct button to apply automatic updates to the affected deliveries.
- Click the yellow Edit button to exit Edit mode.
