Editing Wickets
To use Edit mode to edit the dismissal details of a wicket:
- Click the Edit button on the Play Control panel to enter Edit mode. The button turns yellow to indicate that Edit mode is active.
- Select the delivery with the wicket from the Ball by Ball panel (scroll to locate and click), or by selecting it from the Over/Ball fields on the Play Control panel. Once selected, the Wicket button turns yellow on the Scoring panel to indicate that a wicket occurred on this delivery.
- Click the yellow Wicket button on the Scoring panel. The Wicket dialogue opens.
- Edit any of the fields on the Wicket dialogue, including the primary fielder, the dismissal type, or the player dismissed. Note that the dismissed player can only be changed to a batter who wasn't dismissed on a later delivery.
- Click OK to save your wicket edits and close the dialogue.
- If you changed the dismissed player, the Change Dismissed Player dialogue opens. Click Continue to confirm your edit.
- If your edit affects batting positions (changes the striker on a delivery), the Auto Correct dialogue opens. Click the Continue without Auto Correct button to edit each affected delivery manually, or the Auto Correct button to apply automatic updates to the affected deliveries.
- Click the yellow Edit button to exit Edit mode.
