Known issue: Multi-Match Stats Wizard may fail to process stats, displaying the error "Unexpected error processing stats - see logs". This is caused by match data on the device being out of sync with the server.
Fix
To resolve the error, sync your data before reopening Multi-Match Stats Wizard:
- Go to Tools > Edit Database > Check for Server Updates, then select Force Full Server Sync from the dropdown.
- Once the sync completes, reopen Multi-Match Stats Wizard.
You can avoid this issue proactively by running Tools > Edit Database > Check for Server Updates before opening Multi-Match Stats Wizard.
